Job Description

The Account Executive will demonstrate our platform to prospective & existing customers. You will manage sales cycles and help customers realize the full value of our marketing strategy platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound leads and helps define prospects’ business needs.
  • Maintain SFDC and other CRM systems by inputting data and keeping data properly updated.
  • Move deals through our sales process while putting the customers' needs first.
  • Work effectively with Customer Success to ensure customers are successful with our platform.
  • Develop expertise with our platform in order to demonstrate all components of our product to interested prospects.
  • Meet or exceed key sales activity metrics and revenue quota goals
  • Work collaboratively with Product and Marketing to relay customer feedback and ensure our messaging is on topic.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience in sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and present verbally and in writing
  • Display technical aptitude ability to quickly process information.
  • Knowledge of the internet and social media
  • Trustworthy and dependable.
  • Self-motivated, and able to meet monthly deadlines and achieve results
  • Strong enthusiasm and positivity along with a commitment to creating excellent experiences
  • A growth mindset with the willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Knowledge of Excel/Word/Google Docs/Gmail/Salesforce or CRM

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing Agency Ecosystem.
