Email Marketing Manager Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing LEADER to come in and own our email marketing strategy and implementation. Your duties would include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email lists, creating content, and driving sales pipeline. This person would also be responsible for updates to website content so Hubspot proficiency is a necessity.

At the end of the day, this role will be responsible for driving revenue through creative, informative and fun email communication. If you’re interested in Martech and can generate new and innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you.

What is a typical day at DemandJump like for an Email Marketing Manager, a.k.a. Responsibilities?

• Identify and segment audiences to target and grow email engagement.
• Design and implement cadenced marketing and product email campaigns to drive sales pipeline and drive customer engagement.
• Work interdepartmentally to create cross functional email cadences for new users. This will include transactional email communication as well as marketing communication.
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling to ensure we are communicating in a way that will convert.
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates are used.
• Generate new and innovative campaigns to show the value of the product to prospective customers.
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication, following industry policies and best practices to avoid any penalization.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements consistently.
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.

What does DemandJump look for when hiring an Email Marketing Manager?

• 3-5 years experience as an Email Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
• Must be proficient in Hubspot - Hubspot certifications preferred.
• Experience managing and updating website content.
• Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and the world of Martech
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong project management skills
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and an understanding of the industry
• A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment
• Ability to think on your feet and work autonomously
